Activists from 15 European countries were in attendance, at the Encod General Assembly, in Amsterdam on September 26th 2015.
The 3 day event dicussed the many issues facing drug policy reform, as wel as plans for actions and event in the coming year.
On the Saturday, members from each country presented, an update on the progress towards establishing Cannabis Social Clubs in their country.
Sadly though, not every country was able to send a delegation.
